U.S. Shipping

In-stock items ship within one business day of receiving order.  We ship via USPS and UPS services.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at time of checkout.

Free standard shipping is a courtesy we extend to guests spending $100 or more.  Shipping charges are waived automatically during checkout.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times shown at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed.  Shipping carriers continue to experience delays; it is difficult to predict if your package will arrive on time.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply.  Dear Beni is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for loss in value. 

Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal.
• Sales Tax:  Each U.S. state has its own law that determines whether out-of-state sales transactions are taxable.  If your state requires sales tax on Dear Beni purchases, you will be automatically charged appropriate taxes upon checkout.
• Bulk Pricing:  If you are interested in ordering quantities over 200, please contact us at yoohoo@dearbeni.com to discuss options and pricing.
